A program of Americans for the Arts that inspires, informs, promotes, and connects arts and culture as potent contributors to community, civic, and social change.

ArtPlace America is a ten-year collaboration that works to position arts and culture as a core sector of comprehensive community planning and development in order to help strengthen the social, physical, and economic fabrics of communities.

Established by Congress in 1965, the National Endowment for the Arts is the independent federal agency whose funding and support gives Americans the opportunity to participate in the arts, exercise their imaginations, and develop their creative capacities.

Springboard for the Arts is an economic and community development organization for artists and by artists, focused on building stronger communities, neighborhoods, and economies, with the belief that artists are an important leverage point in that work.

LISC supports residents coming together to make social, physical, and economic changes in their neighborhoods though the arts and culture.
